As a result, the expansion of the gaseous substance causes a drop in temperature and pressure. Due to the work performed, the turboexpander achieves lower hydrogen temperatures compared to a throttle at the same pressure. In cryogenic plants, compressors and   <strong> <\/strong>turbodetanders play a key role. Hydrogen is converted into a liquefied state, which is convenient for storage and transportation. These plants are in demand at industrial enterprises, gas processing complexes, and for scientific research.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mechanism<\/h2>\n\n<p>A pressurized gaseous mixture is fed through the nozzle inlet to the expansion turbine, which transfers kinetic energy and causes the blades to move. Torque is transferred to the shaft as the gas expands and accelerates, causing the temperature to drop. <\/p>\n\n<p>Mechanical energy transmits rotational motion to a generator or compressor mounted on the shaft. The exhaust product is discharged through a diffuser. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>equipping single- and multi-stage devices with hydrodynamic bearings;<\/li><li>oil brake as a load;<\/li><li>control system that prevents oil from leaking into the flow zone;<\/li><li>automated management and control of operations;<\/li><li>output of information data to ARM;<\/li><li>reliable shut-off and control equipment ensuring uninterrupted and safe operation;<\/li><li>high efficiency ratio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Production <\/h2>\n\n<p>The manufacturing plant is equipped with modern production lines that use 5-axis machines to produce efficient, powerful turboexpanders with the following characteristics:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>inlet pressure from 1 to 17 MPa;<\/li><li>liquefied gas consumption 600\u20136000 kg\/h;<\/li><li>rotor rotation at a frequency of 50 to 280,000 rpm.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>In addition to turbo expanders for hydrogen liquefiers, RusGazCryo LLC supplies equipment for air separation, refrigeration, and helium plants.<\/p>\n\n<p>Our company represents Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group (China) and also provides installation, warranty, and maintenance services for the equipment sold.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of turboexpanders is to convert the energy of compressed gas into mechanical energy.
