These vessels are used to store and transport gaseous carbon derivatives in a liquefied state. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Characteristics <\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>capacity up to one thousand cubic meters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>working pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LPG boiling point below 0\u00b0C,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>design: horizontal, vertical;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>installation: ground-based, stationary;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ambient temperature not lower than -70\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Features<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to the fire hazard posed by the gas-air mixture, the installation is equipped with automatic water sprinklers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The isothermal method is suitable for storage and transportation by road and rail due to a reduction in volume of up to 1,500 times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>minimal natural losses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>low fire hazard while maintaining surface integrity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>low metal consumption during manufacturing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation of isothermal tanks<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ground-mounted horizontal isothermal tanks<strong> <\/strong>They are delivered to the installation site as a single unit or divided into two halves. They are supported by a reinforced concrete foundation or a sand cushion with waterproofing. The halves are welded together, pressure tested, and insulated with several layers of glass mat and a moisture and vapor barrier made of galvanized steel or aluminum foil.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Completeness <\/h2>\n\n<p>Supplied as a storage unit with safety fittings, level gauges, and instrumentation. Isothermal storage tank <strong> <\/strong>It has two walls, with the air pumped out of the space between them. The vacuum layer is filled with perlite.
