Module is designed to dehydrate associated petroleum gas to a certain water dew point temperatures (in summer time no higher than minus 17 оС),
Installed to Severo-Pokachaevskoye production field.
The unit operates in the following fashion:
Absorber is a vertical cylindrical vessel, containing the following sections: initial separation section (two stages), mass transfer section and separation section.
Gas enters the separation section, where liquids are separated out of the feed gas, mass transfer section where gas contacts tri-ethylene glycol (TEG) solution and is dehydrated to required water dew point levels. Dehydrated gas stream then flows to the consumer, water-enriched TEG – into the degassing and regeneration section, separated liquids – into a utilization modules located elsewhere.
Module is equipped with the necessary instrumentation and control devices for remote process control and monitoring.
