Maintenance of the oxygen distribution point (ODP) in the oxygen shop of NLMK PJSC to ensure its smooth and safe operation, including cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and adjustment of both mechanical components and the control system.

– Oxygen distribution point, including oxygen mesh filters DN200, DN350.
– Shut-off and control valves with spacer rings, plugs, flanges, and gland seals.
– Gearboxes and bearings.
– Safety and shut-off valves.
– Field instruments for instrumentation and automation: pressure and temperature sensors, light and sound panels, instrumentation cabinets, shut-off and control valves, impulse lines.
– Control system: control cabinets, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), actuators.
– Oxygen mesh filters were cleaned — dismantled, purged with nitrogen, degreased, reinstalled, and oil analysis was performed.
– The tightness and density of flange connections and gland seals were checked using an ultrasonic detector and electrical discharges.
– Lubrication of gearboxes and bearings checked and ensured.
– Safety and shut-off valves, as well as the tightness of shut-off and control valves, have been adjusted and tested.
– Maintenance of the ODP control system has been performed: checking the condition of field devices and control cabinets, purging cabinets, optimizing PLC memory, checking signals and protective functions.
– Reliable operation of the oxygen distribution point is ensured, and the risks of accidents and breakdowns are reduced.
