Description

A modular boiler room consists of one or more structures with installed equipment (boiler units, burner devices, automation systems, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.) used to generate thermal energy.

A modular boiler room has certain features:

• construction consists of assembling a building from factory-made modules with special fastening devices;
• During manufacturing, communications and all necessary equipment are installed in the blocks: electrical, heating, ventilation, fuel, alarm systems, and instrumentation and automation.

BMK are supplied as a set of modules (from one to five depending on power, mW) in full factory readiness. The working medium is heated by gas, diesel fuel, or electricity.

Depending on their purpose, boiler rooms can be thermal, steam, or water heating. Thermal energy, hot water, and steam are used as resources to supply residential and industrial premises, enterprises, agricultural facilities, and socially significant facilities.

Automated execution implies a mode of operation without the constant presence of personnel.

Gas-fired modular boiler rooms are manufactured with a capacity of up to 50 MW.
