The system provides automated accounting of the arrival and movement of anodes within the mining and metallurgical complex, namely:
• arrival of new anodes at the warehouse;
• movement of anodes within the workshop;
• anode maintenance operations in repair areas;
• decommissioning of anodes;
• reading of anode codes to check their location in a specific area;
• recording of the number of anodes accepted for maintenance and serviced;
• recording of rejected anodes in maintenance areas with automated attachment of notes on the types of incidents/reasons for rejection and photographs;
• removal of lost tags from circulation and updating of tags in case of cap replacement (cloning of the identifier);
• maintenance of an aggregate log to record information about operations performed with the anode (date when the frame or bag was replaced, who replaced it, etc.);
• tracking the service life of the diaphragm bag (recording the bag's mileage);
• periodic generation of reports;
• viewing reports;
• assigning tasks for the removal/replacement of anodes in baths to TSD operators.
Project features
The objects of automation are insoluble anodes, numbering more than 30,000 pieces.
