The unit is designed to dry associated gas to a dew point temperature: in summer – no higher than minus 17 °C,

To remove moisture and mechanical impurities from associated petroleum gas, it is dried using a liquid sorbent. The design of the unit allows for operation in cold and temperate climates, in open areas and indoors. The unit’s body is made of carbon steel, and the internal parts are made of alloyed chromium-nickel alloys.

The production of an absorber unit is envisaged as a structurally complete technological installation in a block-modular design.
To increase the contact surface, the gas flow is directed from bottom to top in the apparatus, and the counter-flow absorbent is sprayed onto disc or mesh devices.
The dimensions of the device, working areas, and pipe diameters have been confirmed by technical calculations and included in regulatory documents.
RusGazCryo LLC, the official representative of Hangzhou Oxygen Plant Group (PRC), supplies absorber units, performs commissioning works, and provides maintenance services. All block-modular equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
