An important stage in the implementation of the nitrogen compressor supply project has been completed. At present, work has been carried out on the construction of the foundation, which will provide a reliable basis for the subsequent installation of the equipment. Thanks to the installation of a new centrifugal compressor (capacity: 11,800 nm³/hour), it will be possible to significantly improve the energy efficiency of production and increase the overall capacity of the nitrogen plant.
The project includes the supply of a compressor, electric motor, oil supply station, automated process control system, sets of shut-off and control valves and instrumentation, pipelines, and spare parts and installation materials.
The project is unique in that the new compressor will be installed in an existing production facility with limited space. This requires non-standard installation solutions and clear organization of work at all stages.
