As part of the large-scale Digitalization project, the automation division of RusGazKrio in Krasnodar is successfully implementing innovative solutions aimed at modernizing production processes and increasing their efficiency.
On November 5, the finished equipment under the Digitalization project was shipped to the Customer from the RusGazKrio production site.
The project covers a set of measures aimed at introducing modern automation technologies into production and at the first stage includes:
- Automated assistant for the oxygen plant dispatcher – a system designed to optimize and automate the management of oxygen redistribution across various streams, ensuring more efficient and reliable execution of process tasks with the goal of minimizing oxygen losses.
- Air separation unit training simulator – a high-tech tool for simulating the operation of a real ASU and training operating personnel. It includes hardware, simulated visualization of real ASU operation, software, and training materials, providing a comprehensive approach to training and upskilling specialists.
The second stage is the completion of development and implementation of RusGazKrio’s own software modules. At present, these solutions are undergoing trials and testing by production process engineers and representatives of the customer. The use of domestically developed software is a strategic priority for the company.
Technological foundation of the project
To ensure maximum compatibility and reliability, the project uses Siemens equipment, which is easily integrated with existing systems. At the same time, the software part is being actively replaced with Russian-developed products.
Strategic role of RusGazKrio
In this project, RusGazKrio acts not just as an integrator, but as a key developer and adapter of technologies. The company provides a link between Chinese equipment manufacturers and Russian customers, while simultaneously creating its own software solutions. This makes it possible to fully adapt the system to strict Russian standards and requirements, purposefully addressing the tasks of import substitution and production digitalization.
The implementation of this project fully corresponds to the course toward technological modernization of the economy, whose importance has repeatedly been emphasized by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, who points to digitalization as a key factor in developing the country’s industrial potential.
RIA Novosti: “The sectors of the economy must be modernized, including through digitalization,” President Vladimir Putin said at the congress of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR).
