Safety Requirements

Equipment operating with gaseous explosive oxygen is subject to GOST 12.2.052-81 during design, production, installation and operation. Before delivery, all metal products undergo inspection for absence of external and internal defects, degree of degreasing and are accompanied by permit documents and expert conclusions from competent authorities.

Parameters for Gas:

• pressure not exceeding 42 MPa;
• temperature below 200^°C.

General Requirements:

• painting in blue color or applying corresponding colored stripe with warning inscription;
• placement in separate, specially equipped rooms;
• control of grease contamination amount and periodic cleaning with approved compounds;
• measuring instruments are subject to mandatory verification and calibration;
• adjustment of oxygen safety relief valves is performed with the possibility of smooth pressure change (on a test bench or at the installation site).
